The store that was born from a little miracle

It was a furry little feline who was the catalyst behind the creation of our Etsy shop 'White Rabbit Wood' (He lobbied hard for White Cat Wood...but no!). After discovering the flimsy nature and exorbitant cost of factory spewed 'cat trees', my partner Sarah and I knew that we could make something better ourselves. We set to work creating the ultimate

'cat tree' that would make Joey feel like he was livin' large on a champagne budget despite the reality...barely a beer budget. The result knocked our socks off! Joey was in utter bliss as he scaled our homemade 'cat tree' and lazily snoozed while we set to work creating more for loved ones. It wasn't long before we began looking for ways to use up scrap wood and create products that could easily be shipped in the mail. With a love for handmade and a belief in creating heirloom quality products that can grow with a family, our custom beer totes and cutting boards were a natural evolution of our design repertoire. At White Rabbit Wood we bring it ALL to the table... and might even make you one if you ask! Each one of our handmade products have been meticulously handmade by seasoned artisans and are guaranteed to add a layer of character to your special moments. When we're not in our workshop from sunrise to sunset, we can often be found contemplating the meaning of life while convincing Joey that beer is for humans and world domination is not something a four-legged furball should even be considering.
