Hello everyone. I am closed right now due to a huge mishap in the greenhouse. I own and operate my greenhouse solely by myself. I grew herbs this yr but not many flowers. This virus put a monkey wrench in getting up close and personal due the distancing rules. I'm in the process of restructuring my business. I truely appreciate the patronage of all my customers over the past 12 yrs. I love the plant industry like animals. They don't talk back, and they are all beautiful in their own way. To every gardener out there that reads this I have a little advise. When planting up your flower pots or beds, be colorful. Mother nature doesn't discriminate in a meadow of colorful flowers, so show mother nature you don't either when filling up you planters. Noone has a black thumb, I swear. With a little information anyone can grow plants just like a avid gardener. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask your questions & I'll do my best to answer you.
Green thumb analogy is really over rated. Little knowledge goes a long way. When I first started in the industry I was a ignorant green horn, ill equipped to grow a petunia & learned geraniums come in an array of colors. So there is hope for everyone one out there who wants to learn.
Little pandemic wisdom I learned about negativity & positivity. Challenge yourself, for every negative action that surrounds you, change the direction to remove that energy. think of 2 positive thoughts or actions to replace it. We all have choices & if we choose to dwell on the negative we leave no room for positive action to enter our lives Negative thoughts that don't help you in your daily life should be discarded and replaced with a positive action. This takes practice, You are Retraining your outlook & thoughts. We may not be able to control what we think, but we can control how we react to those thoughts 1-2 rule. Each negative thought you get think of 2 positive thoughts, simple huh?
Find something that gives you joy, that makes you smile, laugh a sense of peace. Whether its talking to a friend, planting a garden, starting a hobby, simply petting an animal, or talking to your grandkids. If positivity cant come to you in isolation bring positivity action to yourself. Even the smallest victories give us a positive sense of accomplishment & our purpose in life.
I hope everyone has a positive happy summer😊☀️
