3 broken roof stacks on a new pre-fab home.

Luckily we were able to repair these by removing the roof flashing and doing all the work from above instead of cutting open the drywall ceiling. Also extended these stacks to the OBC requirement of 16” and re-sealed the flashings with a heavy duty roof tar.

And that’s a wrap 🫡
Lots going on in this tight little mechanical room.

-Isolation valves for every branch of the house

-Raw water for exterior hose bibs, with a winterizing set up

-Domestic hot water through an indirect water heater complete with a dedicated Re-Circ pump

-Softener with a bypass assembly

-Trap-Seal primer set up

The mechanical room is the heart of your home, so extra care should be taken to make everything serviceable, accessible, and most importantly - it should look cool as hell.
