Well... this is a task that we don't perform for customers but our pool guy failed miserably last fall and the cover slipped into the pool around mid January.
I had a couple of companies come out and have a look but didn't seem interested in helping us out.
I'm a person of great ambition and determination and this absolutely wasn't getting the better of me so I took it upon myself to get this taken care of.
We completely drained, cleaned and replaced the skimmer gasket and put in a new grain cover. The old one fell apart from the water pressure that was under the liner. Had to pump a ton of water out from behind the liner by removing the skimmer plate, hence the new gaskets.
But... my partner, Gabe, and I got it done.
Refilled and running crystal clear.
This just shows the lengths that we go to on every job.

Bader Ave House.
Our latest project.
This home has a hallway that made the Living Room feel Claustrophobic.
The customer asked if we could remedy this so we cut a large hole from the Living and Hallway side.
The space is now airy, more well lit with sunlight and doesn't feel so confined.
We also removed the Milk Box from the inside portion of the stairway.
The entire Living space and stairway were a very dismal Grey that we changed to a much lighter color giving it a more spacious feel.

And the final stages at the Phillip Murray House have morphed this basement into a thing of Beauty.
This job was a huge challenge considering the existing framing and the drywall were done by an individual that really didn't have a clue and also had no concept of how proper finishes are achieved.
In a nutshell, we literally were given Chicken Sh*t and turned it into Chicken Soup.
The customer is beyond happy and we went well over and above to achieve this outcome.
Now, on to the next one...

Back at the Phillip Murray House, we were limited on space for doors.
Barn doors were a good option so we installed pocket door tracks and covered them with a valance using the door casing trim to tie everything in.
On our next visit, we'll install the floor guides as the paint was fresh and I didn't want to mar the finish.

Phillip Murray House
Started a Basement reno today.
Stripped all the Carpet and Linoleum out, pulled 1,000 staples out of the stairs, re-screwed all the drywall, re-taped a bunch of the joints and filled my truck with the construction garbage.
Next Step:
Sand and Prime.

Progress Report:
Our project is moving along smoothly.
The Homeowner has decided to do the painting himself but his move in date is fast approaching.
I think he may change his mind once he gets an idea of just how much he's bitten off.
Time will tell.
