Ripped out tile + plywood subfloor and rebuilt it right. Finished with XL vinyl tile, clean PVC trim, a flush Aria vent, and reset the toilet to wrap it up.

Had the incredible pleasure to install these handrails, newell posts, and modern spindles today in ajax. Working for amazing people is the best! Couldn't be happier with the way everything came out and having the ability to help great people is one of the most rewarding aspects of this line of work! they're having Burberry carpet installed (i don't offer carpet) tomorrow and i will be posting photos of the finished staircase when I receive the pics!

We had to replace a few completely rotted joists in this deck! The client requested we replace the privacy wall as well and we suggested the louvers as a great design option. They loved it and hopefully you do too! 😍😁
