The ranunculus are here and blooming, and they are such a joy to see again 🌸
A little update from the flower farm this spring:
This season has been a bit different in the cut flower garden. Everything is blooming later than usual, and the late frost brought some challenges. I lost many peony buds, and unfortunately about 85% of my tulip crop failed.
The ranunculus have been a bright spot. They thrive in cooler temperatures, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed that they hold up through the heat and continue to bloom beautifully.
If you’re on my email list for fresh flowers this spring, I haven’t had any extras to share so far, unfortunately. We’ll see how the peonies and ranunculus do, but I’m hopeful there will be plenty of summer flowers to enjoy in August and September.
Thank you for following along and supporting this little flower farm through all the ups and downs of the growing season 💛
