I’d also like to give a shout-out to a couple of our newest team members. People say the next generation isn’t willing to work, but I’ve found a handful of unicorns who are eager to learn, work hard, and get the job done right.

Just wanted to give a shoutout to the two young men from Sunrise Window Cleaning who came out and cleaned the windows on our newly completed custom home.

As you can imagine, after construction the windows were much dirtier than a typical cleaning job, but they did an outstanding job. They were professional, hardworking, detail-oriented, and took the time to make sure everything was spotless.

It’s always great to see young entrepreneurs taking pride in their work and delivering this level of service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality window cleaning.

A little progress update on one of the shop builds we’re proud to be a part of.

The framing is behind us, and now it’s time for the fun part. We’re installing a mix of Americana steel roofing and standing seam metal on the lower sections, all tied together with clean white fascia and soffit. This one is going to turn some heads when it’s finished.

The boys have been absolutely hammering away on this project, and it shows. The workmanship, the pace, and the pride they’re putting into it is second to none. Couldn’t be prouder of this crew—you guys are knocking it out of the park.

A huge thank you to NBS and Berkes Sheet Metal for supplying quality materials. Good products make a good crew even better.

We appreciate all the support from our customers and everyone who follows along with our projects. Stay tuned—this one’s going to look sharp when it’s wrapped up.

🚧 Another exciting commercial shop project is underway! 🚧
Our crew at Harvey Custom Contracting is proud to be kicking off another commercial build, and we’re excited to share the journey from start to finish.
For this project, our team will be completing the full building framing along with the entire exterior envelope, including:�✔️ Steel roofing�✔️ A custom combination of steel siding and traditional siding�✔️ A complete weather-tight building ready for the next phase
A special thank you to Milroy Residential Building Solutions for their leadership as the project manager and for the opportunity to be part of this exciting build.
We’re also grateful to Valleyview Little Animal Farm for trusting our team to construct their new commercial shop.
