Here’s a new project we’ve started on a beautiful century-old farmhouse.

The scope of work covers only the upper roof line. Normally, we prefer to get right down to the native roof decking, but after inspection we discovered an underlayment that raised concerns about asbestos. Safety comes first—for our crew and our clients.

Instead, we went with a fantastic solution: strapping over the existing tin shingles. Done properly, this method not only avoids risk but also adds an extra layer of protection for the home.

We’re installing a durable Americana tin roof system, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress so far. Huge thanks to the crew—Colin, Neil, and Ivan—couldn’t do it without a solid team like this. And of course, thanks to our clients for rolling with the punches and trusting us with their home.

Another project wrapped up! We recently stripped off an aging shingle roof and installed a Charcoal Americana steel roof for a great contractor. The new roof not only looks sharp, but it’s built to last for decades.

Just wanted to share a few updated photos from one of our current projects in Richmond.

This one includes new exterior siding, fascia, soffit, and a custom-framed front porch addition on the existing home — all completed in-house by our own trades team.

Just wanted to share a quick update on what we’ve been working on over the past six weeks.

We’ve got a great project underway in the village of Richmond—a solid-sized addition paired with a full rehab of the existing home. As the project manager, it’s been a pleasure working with clients who know what they want; it really helps keep the momentum going. On top of that, our in-house team and the trades involved have been fantastic.

Another Full Transformation Completed – Fall 2024

We wrapped up this special project last fall for two great clients—brothers who trusted us to renovate their childhood home, now an investment property.

Budget-Friendly Chimney Repair Solution

✅ Step 1: Remove any loose debris and apply a cement adhesive to reinforce structural integrity.
