DEVELOPMENT OF A PASSIVE HOUSE DESIGN:
Aldu Architects Inc. team is proud that its new house prototype design will integrate energy-efficient design, sustainable materials, and renewable energy sources. The project aims to minimize its carbon footprint and promote responsible resource management. The house model could be Built entirely onsite, by prefab kit or prefab assembly. The first model will be built soon, stay tuned for more updates.

We are proud to be part of preserving the cultural landscape of Rockcliffe Park neighborhood. The 10 930.0 sq. ft. floor area of one story bungalow with basement built in 1964 is subject to full restoration, renovation and development to meet the standards and enhance the heritage character of the neighborhood located in the heart of Ottawa. City Heritage Planning department issued the heritage permit. Stay tuned for next update.
