Bouncing off of last week's post, the featured .s.max perspective is the same house's proposed fireplace & staircase design. The gorgeous gas fireplace from acts as an accent to the room with Nobile Blanc Du Blanc tile surround from , that brings about sophistication, all while creating a rhythm and balance with other finishes & fixtures. The wall sconces by , sourced through mimics the richness of the entire space very well too!

Look at this high-resolution 3Dperspective done on .s.max for one of our custom home interior design projects in Ottawa. After selecting the millwork finishes from , plumbing, lighting & hardware from , paints from , and that wonderful backsplash from with the client, we created this 3Dmodel of the kitchen & fireplace to show the buyers what their prospective home would look like!

A quick render in for an ongoing project to help the client visualize their space with our proposed design. Basic 3D perspectives like these are a perfect way to showcase to the client the updates, upgrades, and style of their new kitchen before selecting finishes and fixtures! Once the is finalized, we go on to pick finishes and create a fully finished for the client to see their space in full glory!

Playing on the client's personality, this Powder Room was given elegant and rich black tones making it look cozy and chic. Each element was selected to unify all contrasting styles like mixing a masculine colour palette with organic accents. A unique play on traditional motifs accentuated in the floor tile and the crystals in the chandelier give the space a more conservative feel, while the bold blacks and grays brought out in the tiles and millwork push the space towards a more modern feel.

Let's talk about finishes! We incorporated earthy tones in the millwork and the evergreen stainless steel in appliances as well as plumbing but with such a subtle balance that the overall feel is neither too woodsy nor too metallic. Just a comfortable and nurturing space to be in.

Tieing that formula right into the pantry, it was given that pop with the SS polished door profile with glass doors for easy visibility.

The kitchen was designed in such a way that it practically divides the important working zones like clean-up zone, prep zone, cooking zone, storage and eating zone. Every zone has cabinetry corresponding to its function and landing spaces.

Working with clients that trust you but are still very engaged in the process is always exciting.
Let's talk about this classic modern kitchen design! There were quite a few architectural challenges that needed creative problem solving but the output looks very clean and organized; like this is what it was meant to be!
