Pets of the month! Here are all the good boys and girls we got to meet on the job in March 🐾

Ever wondered how tricky it would be to hire a painter with pets in the house?
It’s quite easy to help them stay out of trouble! Gates can help dogs watch from a safe distance and cats are usually good at keeping themselves away from trouble. We make sure to tidy up and put things away in a safe space at the end of every shift.

A little life update from Calico Painters 🤍
Last week, Alycia gave birth to a healthy baby boy as a surrogate for close friends of ours. Everyone is happy and healthy, and Tyler is taking some time off to help at home while Alycia recovers.
Thank you all for your patience and kindness. Tyler will be reaching out if any small schedule adjustments are needed, and Alycia will see you again in February after maternity leave!

Flawless finishes start with the work you don’t see.

This space was once an Ottawa Senators-themed rec room for kids, with thick red and black paint lines that left heavy ridges on the walls. Transforming it into a calm, clean bedroom took more than just paint—it required extensive mudding, sanding, and careful ceiling repairs after asbestos testing. The result? A smooth, seamless finish that looks effortless but took skill and patience to achieve.

Prepping a room properly makes all the difference.
