Seasonal change is happening now. Sun, Sep 22, 2024, at 8:43 AM the equinox happens. We cross the invisible line when night and day are in complete balance. It is a chance to do a self-assessment and see if we too are in complete balance. You might ask, how do I do that? How can I know? It is simple really, just ask your inner self. If you want to be more pragmatic do a body muscle test. The answer will bounce back at you. Then you course correct. How do you do that? Journal work? Yes! Journal work! For left hemisphere brainers that is easy. If you're a right hemisphere thinker and have felt forever misunderstood, don't dispair! We are in changing times! To make journalling a right-brain experience, doodle it out. Then do neurografia to ground it, and give it a narrative. We are in the window between two eclipses. This is the perfect opportunity to reset after summer, refocus your health, and reignite your energy.

What a delight for a Northern Permie to be gardening in the Caribbean in January. Jonathon Tomato has a permaculture farm called "Cerdo Magico" that he started dreaming 5 years ago. He began with an extensive permaculture plan that included planting orchards, gardens (with watering systems), pastures for horses and cows (with fields of grass across the trail for ease of feeding). Now he has a huge green house, mushroom cultivation, bee cultivation, pigs and chickens. Two live-in staff take care of the day to day. When he took me on the tour, he was modest about his role saying it could nnot have happened without the help of many friends and his excellent staff. He was very proud of the place and the accomplishments but his overall tone was one of awe about mother nature's glorious prosperity plan. When we were walking through the guava grove he reached down and picked up half a dozen in his hand, popped on in his mouth and passed the rest to me. The unmistakable smell of ripe abundance waffed ever closer as I brought the fruit to my mouth for a first taste in 2021 of my favorite tropical fruit. This was real magic! As we continued past the bee hives and the mushroom logs he readily confesses there is still much to be done, and he had built a lovely shelter for the right permaculture person to make their home here in paradise. Amazing place Jonathan, you've got the formula for the future we all want!
