The shower now features a custom-tiled bench and a precision-cut niche, showcasing our team's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-caliber renovation quality. From the seamless custom glass to the striking floor-to-ceiling tile work, no element was overlooked.
​To solve the home's storage challenges, we integrated a new linen closet—specifically orchestrated to the exacting demands of a jumbo pack of Costco toilet paper. (Harder than you'd think, those things are massive)

From Dingy to Dazzling: A Complete 1900s Basement Renewal
​This wasn't a simple facelift—we executed a full, bare-bones reconstruction of this century-old basement, prioritizing quality work from the foundation up.
​The project began with extensive foundational work: digging out and replacing all underground plumbing, right out to the street. With the essential systems secured, we transitioned to structural improvements, installing new framing and state-of-the-art insulation.
​In the living area, our attention to detail shines. We elevated the space beyond its partial finish, adding a functional closet, two sets of elegant French doors, and completely new flooring, trim, and paint. The bathroom and laundry room are 100% brand new, and the stairs were recapped and fully prepped for the final touch.
​Despite unexpected plumbing complexities and a few unplanned medical interruptions, your patience made this challenging renovation a true success. The results speak for themselves—a completely modernized, high-quality space that was absolutely worth the struggle.

This is what a 200k kitchen renovation looks like! Except it's not a 200k renovation it's an IKEA kitchen done right.

A little kitchen/main floor renovation we wrapped up today.

We started by taking out... 3 walls. Because who wants walls? Redid all the tile on main floor and painted everything in full. New trim of course.

Powder room got a new counter top, new trim and paint.

The kitchen features a fairly massive island, double upper cabinets and soo much storage. New back splash of course. Tied in new hardwood where the walls were... seamless. The electrical was updated in the kitchen, added a whole bunch of pot lights and left everything perfect.

We just wrapped up a stunning project, tearing down walls to seamlessly connect the kitchen and dining room. Imagine the possibilities: more open space, extra cabinetry, and the island you've always wanted – perfect for entertaining or daily family life.
We handled it all: brand-new cabinets, modern lighting, exquisite flooring, and a stylish backsplash. Basically, a complete kitchen overhaul! (Though we admit, we're still a little nostalgic for the faux brick wallpaper!)
