NOT YOUR AVERAGE RENO. As we continue through the demolition at we came across this bathroom. When we pulled up the vinyl, we found hardwood...on top of another layer of vinyl! You got it... Three layers of flooring in this spacious bathroom.

We stripped it down to the builders subfloor to screw it down and minimize on any squeaks.

The best part of Reno's like this? You never know what you will find!
