During my stay in Puerto Vallarta I came across this amazing local business that makes organic clothing using a dye method with different type of leaves. The designs are unique and amazing.🤩 Sinestesia Mexico were very friendly and you can see they take pride in their beautiful work. I suggested creating decorative cushions, throws or even wallpaper. From dark basement to daily motivation ✨

This basement gym was once a poorly lit space…
Now it feels like stepping outside to move, breathe, and reconnect with your body 🌿

By adding a large outdoor-inspired mural, clean lines, and intentional lighting, we transformed this space into a place that actually makes you want to exercise.
Because when a space feels good, showing up for yourself becomes easier 💫

Movement doesn’t start with motivation.
It starts with an environment that supports you.

So grateful to create spaces that inspire healthy habits and joy for my clients 🤍



D’un sous-sol sombre à un espace qui donne envie de bouger ✨

Ce gym était autrefois un espace peu éclairé et peu motivant…
Aujourd’hui, il donne l’impression d’être à l’extérieur, un endroit où l’on a envie de respirer, de bouger et de se reconnecter à son corps 🌿

Grâce à une murale inspirée de la nature, un éclairage réfléchi et un design épuré, nous avons transformé ce sous-sol en un espace énergisant et invitant.
Parce que lorsque l’environnement fait du bien, prendre soin de soi devient plus naturel 💫

Le mouvement ne commence pas par la motivation.
Il commence par un espace qui te soutient.

Tellement reconnaissante de pouvoir créer des espaces qui encouragent le bien-être et de saines habitudes de vie 🤍
