​We are officially breaking ground on a massive transformation. We’re taking this 2-story detached home and converting it into 3 legal residential units, fully utilizing the new zoning bylaws to maximize the property's potential.

​This project is a prime example of the BRRRR strategy in action increasing density, providing high-quality housing, and significantly boosting the asset's value.
