Client wanted a bathroom Reno so I suggested a cosmetic change. Remove mdf baseboard to tile, reface vanity, change mirror, light fixture, repaint walls. Also remove curtain rod and install dual soft closing glass shower doors.

Client ask to widen first doorway to be able to walk through with walker and remove second doorway with wall to have more access inside. I suggested to build sliding doors with double hanging rods with shelf at the far back. Had to move light switch over for widening first doorway. Also change front entrance flooring to go with closet, for easier clean up.

With nice weather manage to get fence job done this year for a client. Love this weather we are having. Hope all the way...

Client needed two safety gates for the new baby. One at the top of stairs and one at the bottom. Bottom of stairs, I needed to add a small temporary wall to close gate. The wall is secured but can be removed later in the future once the children are older.

Client wanted new light fixtures because they looked rough. I asked if they still liked the style they said yes. Just wanted silver or a nickel look. So I mentioned that I can save you money and not have them going to the garbage. I painted one, they really liked it, so I did all three.

Back three years later. Client had more fence post rotted from cement being buried 12” under ground. What kind of fence company would do this. Fence is less then 12 years old. I’ll be back later in the future when more are rotted. I feel sorry for my client have to get work done over so soon, but now they know it will last.
