We are looking for a resourceful Office Assistant / HVAC Coordinator *Please note, this is a full time position, Hours are 8am – 4pm, and the work is fully onsite.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinating HVAC installations with clients
- Booking service calls
- Working closely with the team regarding HVAC installation
concerns
- Scheduling of contractors for HVAC installations
- Follow up calls to customers
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering
telephones, and assisting customers
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
to You
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Excellent team player and self-motivator
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability; experience working in a dynamic and
growing work environment
- Customer focused
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and ability to work under
pressure
- Computer proficient (MS suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
- Related industry experience would be an asset
- Ability to multi-task
About the Job
The hourly pay for this position ranges between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience. We also offer benefit!
