Today's the day!

The 2026 National Capital HVAC Skills Competition has begun! 🛠

This annual competition provides an opportunity for current HVAC students, as well as technicians with a G3 gas license or higher, to participate in the excitement of a hands-on contest for valuable prizes and to show off their technical abilities. Participants will compete against the clock in a set of tactile tasks that showcase a variety of HVAC skills.

This event also provides an opportunity to support a local charitable organization: In lieu of a traditional registration fee, we kindly ask participants to make a donation of $20 to support The Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa (BGC Ottawa). Every dollar raised will directly benefit The Boys and Girls Club’s mission to provide vital programs and services to children and youth in local Ottawa neighbourhoods.

It was a busy day at the Robidoux HVAC shop this past Saturday as we watched students and professionals compete for the top spots in the 2025 National Capital HVAC Skills Competition!

The skill and speed were next level as we clocked new competition records in both the Student and Pro divisions:

💫2025 Student Division winners:

Registration for the 2025 National Capital HVAC Skills Competition is open! 🛠
