Sometimes it’s the little things that matter most.
This client’s new deck isn’t scheduled until August, but because a fence was about to go up next door, we needed to get the helical piles installed right away while we still had access.
After removing the existing deck, we realized the homeowners would be left without a safe way to get in and out of the house for the next few months. So the crew built a temporary set of steps and a small landing for them at no charge.
No one asked us to do it. It just felt like the right thing to do.
