Our Southampton Modern is coming along nicely! We designed this house to maximize the GFA and add 2 ARU units to this single family home. We love how this one is unique to the character of this community. Stay tuned for the next round of updates!

After spending the weekend chosing exterior colours, removing ivy, and preping the outside of the office for a facelift, the work on the River District boardwalk has begun. We are super excited to see this revitalization of the downtown come together and see our building transform with it! Stay tuned for updates!

The weather seems to be hit or miss this year, but it didn't stop us from popping by our Rocklyn project for a walk through. Our colleagues at Bayside Build have kept this modern ranch style home on track even with the unpredictability of the season.
Many features in this home to showcase as things come together!
We love the vaulted front gable, that highlights the grandeur of this front entry, and the rear vault frames the natural beauty of the early morning sunrise. We are excited to see these finished!
We also had the pleasure of chatting through a couple of roof details with the framers/owners at Sunrise Construction, and while most wouldn't be too excited about some ends of Douglas Fir beams, we are! Sunrise saved us a few pieces that we can use to showcase stain colours back in the office!

ArchLines is excited to announce their new location in the downtown River District! We are working on settling into this unique and historic building on the waterfront. It has loads of inspiration and character, attributes that reflect what we do, and strive to capture in all of our designs.
We look forward to seeing our clients old and new, and contractors alike in our new space.

Love a great concept design session! Excited to see these Micro Cabins come to life. These 'small footprint cabins' are made for outdoor living while respecting nature and what it has to offer. These cute little cabins are being proposed for Bruce Peninsula National Park 2024!

An empty lot is a designer's dream. The visions for this property are endless. For this one, we draw on the inspiration of the natural elements, how the function of this building fits into this space and the story that is told through the design. Look for this project to start the construction journey fall of 2023!

Throwback to a few weeks ago! This modern custom home on Georgian Bay is almost complete. The front of this home is full of character with a stone and siding combination and highlights the amazing views of the Bay! Stay tuned for the finished home inside and out.

This Georgian Bay project has been a labour of love! It has had many transformations throughout the design process. From a traditional style renovation of the existing 1940's cottage to this modern 2 storey custom home. We love how this final vision came together, with the double height spaces to the oversized door onto the 'bay side' patio and the walkout balcony from the Master Bedroom. This build capitalizes on all the views of Georgian Bay!
