❄️ We’re Hiring: Snow Plow Operator for the Winter Season ❄️

We’re looking for a Snow Plow Operator to join our team this winter season! If you’ve got experience with snow removal equipment and don’t mind early mornings or late nights when the snow hits — we want to hear from you!

Position: Seasonal Snow Plow Operator
Location: Saugeen Shores
Hours: On-call, weather-dependent (early mornings, days, nights, and weekends as needed)

Responsibilities:
• Operate snowplows, sanders, and other equipment safely and efficiently
• Clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways according to schedule
• Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members

What we’re looking for:
• Someone reliable and ready to work when the snow starts falling
• A valid driver’s license (bonus if you have experience running a plow or other equipment)
• A good attitude and strong focus on safety

Just want to say a HUGE thank you to our employees. They have been working around the clock, sacrificing family time, personal health and safety. To keep parking lots clear! They have dealt with threats, swearing, anger, and overwhelming tiredness. Two of our families have gastro, but that hasn’t stopped them from doing a superior job! Most of our guys logging over 200 hours this past period. We also have the most Amazing Sidewalk crew!! So as frustrating as not being able to get into a store might be for you, remember the very person behind the steering wheel. I am so proud of our company!

Happy Holidays from HDB! The Christmas parade was a success! I’d like to say a HUGE thank you to our amazing employees who have been diligently doing snow for the past 48hrs and still showed up to pass out candy, to drive, to bring their kids to participate in the parade on little to no sleep! They did so enthusiastically! It means so much to me (Bethann) personally. It just really highlights what an amazing crew we have here at Harvey Design and Build! Bonus if you received candy from the boss man himself Ty Harvey! A big thank you to my teenagers who came out to help with kids! Thank you Dustin! Thank you Sean! Thank you TJ!

We’d like to acknowledge our crew lead Andrew Henderson for his and his teams work ethic and skill during this project! Over 6000 Stones were meticulously laid in this stunning project! Details below:

This project features a shale grey slate stone patio with chestnut brown stone inlay and a custom stone fire pit for all the cozy fires at the cottage.

The edge of the property is landscaped with river rock, yews, juniper, dogwoods and feather reed grasses to finish off the picturesque views of the lake in the outdoor living space.

The stone patio transitions into a stone walkway leading to the full stone driveway in the front of the home. The front of the home features striking custom techo bloc pavers with wooly thyme planted in between making it an art piece that will only grow more charming when the lush greenery grows in.
