💰 Compensation

Starting at $20+/hour

Higher pay available based on experience, work ethic, and skill level

🔎 Who Can Apply

To be considered, you must:

Be a permanent resident of Newfoundland & Labrador and currently living here

Hold a valid driver’s license

Have your own reliable vehicle to travel to and from job sites

Be physically capable of outdoor labour in varying weather conditions

Be dependable, professional, and willing to learn

Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person — if you are serious about building a career in horticulture.

🌱 What You’ll Be Doing

This role includes the full scope of professional horticultural work, including:

Garden installation and planting

Perennial, shrub, and tree care

Soil preparation and amendments

Garden bed construction and edging

Pruning and seasonal cutbacks

Mulching and plant health monitoring

Garden design implementation

Ongoing garden maintenance

Specialty planting projects

Important: We do NOT spray herbicides. Our approach focuses on proper horticultural practices and sustainable methods.
