Broken fence post? No problem. Give us a call. This one presented a little challenge with a concrete pad on one side and a rock wall on the other. Not much room to work with. Even needed the jack and a lever to get the old post out. Still managed to get around all obstacles and set the new post.

This aging deck was ripe for renewal, and the homeowner seized the chance to create a safer, more enjoyable space. She entrusted us to tear down the old and build a new one that exceeded her expectations. We constructed a sturdy, code-compliant deck with ample support, and even added a secure, closed-in storage space with a lockable gate.

This customer wanted to add a shower to the main floor half bath. No problem! We removed the closet at entrance, framed up and installed a custom walk-in shower. Moved existing plumbing, branched off for shower, tied in drain and added a new bathroom fan along with a light inside the shower. Happy customer. Reach out for all your renovation needs!

Here is a house that we just completed. Weeks of just cleaning before anything could be painted. Thick mold everywhere. All HRV vents were closed or blocked. The range hood vent was disconnected and all cooking grease stayed inside the property. Nearly everything had to be replaced. Holes in the drywall everywhere. Hand rails and balusters destroyed. Carpet and flooring - destroyed. In the end, after many hours of plastering and sanding, we applied three coats of primer to everything. Two coats of color and cut in. Two coats on most trim but the ceilings and crown required seven (7) - yes seven!! coats of stain blocker, primer and ceiling paint to finally get back to white! Eleven (11) truck loads of garbage was taken to Robin Hood Bay. The deck was pressure washed. We installed all new light fixtures, appliances, countertops, sinks, faucets, toilets, shower head and fixed various plumbing issues. Repaired handrails and added new aluminum balusters. New carpet on the stairs. New exterior doors. Hard to believe it’s the same house. Standby for the “after” photos.

We had a customer ask if we could fix up his old wood stove. “We will give it a try”. Completely stripped the stove to the fire box. Found a few holes which were patched inside and out (double wall), repaired the broken refractory bricks with fire cement and fabricated new brick retainer bars and used new hardware. Reassembled and installed in place. The stove works like it did 20 years ago!
