Panoramic mountain views, ocean views, city views, private dead end road close to town, large interior and exterior entertaining space, two offices, large master suite, sauna, gym, 300 bottle wine fridge. I think it’s safe to say this home has it all. Substantial framing is complete, torch on roof and rough ins starting next week.

Another sunny Friday! This has been a productive week as we are tackling all different stages of construction! Our Nanaimo custom is coming along great with the main floor almost fully framed and underslab plumbing completed. Our (smallest) addition in Qualicum is in drywall stage and cladding completed, shop build in Bowser is completed and our Rancher build is almost finished, stay tuned for a final reveal for that 🫡. Another Friday recap for our followers: we’ve got a new shop coming in hot out in Bowzer and the sunroom on Pekin Place is ready for rough-ins! It’s been another productive week for the crew.

We made it to Friday and the Ropa Crew has been putting in the work!!
Our Sunningdale Rd renovation is wrapping up - check out those gorgeous bathroom tiles! Ferguson Rd custom build is moving along nicely, and we're adding some extra space to a home on Peckin Place. 😎☀️
