Lakeland Contracting Established in 1975, Lakeland Contracting is a family owned and operated residential construction company serving Parry Sound and the surrounding areas.

Lakeland Contracting originated from Georgian Bay Cottage Services and Construction Ltd. a small maintenance and services business looking after cottages in the San Souci area of Georgian Bay. After 10 plus years of building and servicing Georgian Bay cottages only, the company was moved on to mainland and the name was consolidated into "Lakeland Contracting" a little less of a mouthful. Work cont

inued on the islands as well as growing on the mainland. Since then the company's goal has been to pick up more skills, knowledge and equipment to provide our customers with as many services as possible in house. That way we can make sure that our customers receive a high quality product.
