Moss requires a moist area to grow and thrives when under shade.

If you have coniferous trees like pines 🌲 near or overhanging your driveway you are at an increased risk for moss growth, like this customer was starting to experience.

Spores will blow from nearby plants and take root, especially in cracks and crevasses rich with soil build up.

We were able to remove the moss build up when preparing this driveway before applying our foundation coating oil-based blacktop sealer that will act as a protective barrier against regrowth
