Did you know that both types of borscht at Jane's Farmhouse are vegetarian? I make a hearty beet borscht with a good hit of dill - just add a dollop of sour cream! I also have a traditional Kootenay borscht, that is rich, creamy, and loaded with veggies. This one is often served with thick slices of fresh bread and butter (for dipping)!

Just finishing up another batch of hand pinched perogies. I offer the following flavours: Potato & Cheddar, Potato & Onion, Sauerkraut, and my family's favourite, Cottage Cheese. These are frozen fresh and packed by the dozen. Remember to call ahead for larger orders!
