“We had exceptional service from Embers. We worked closely with Dylan and Melinda and they were able to help us get our dream fireplace within our budget. Everyone was quick to respond any time we needed, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and installation was seamless. We are so grateful we chose here for our fireplace for our new home! Highly recommend!!” - Taylor S.

Even with cooler months approaching, outdoor fireplaces remain popular. The Frøya from Jøtul Stoves is no exception. Built from corten steel this durable stove is designed to deliver inviting heat regardless of the weather!

“Shout out to the entire team at Embers. Not only did they come up with a workable and affordable solution to replace our Pacific Energy woodstove, their sales team found savings (like not having to replace the door on the new stove because the door on the old stove would fit), they answered our questions promptly, did what they said they would do and did so with the utmost courtesy. And the installation team with Ben and Caleb was also timely, courteous and totally professional. When it looked like a damper in the pipe needed replacing—a part they did not have in the truck—Ben returned in his own vehicle, on his own time later that evening, and got us up and running again. Model sales and customer service teams! Thank you, Embers.” - James R.
