Listen, allow the person to speak the name, don’t compare, cut off, even if the person is crying just let them finish… no matter how many times they need to speak their story and say their loved ones name…..so very important ♥️♥️🙏

Avoid looking startled when the bereaved mentions the deceased. Allow her/him to talk about the deceased loved one as much as desired.
