The footings are complete and we are installing the ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms). With the Logix ICF process we are able to form and pour our own foundations. The Deer Bay project is coming along.

We tore down the family cottage in January and started rebuilding. We will be sending more pictures throughout the project. Framing is moving along well and soon we will be starting on the mechanical.
