No big mess. We put some 3/8s drywall over the old wallpaper and ceiling. Then mudded and painted the room.

Just a little fence project we did for a nice lady. My daughter and I did not enjoy digging the holes. The project turned out great.

My daughter and I put new shingles on our friends sunroom. My son did the ground work and my wife took the picture.

We need a few light covers and done! See the before picture in the previous post. It was kind of a dirty job. It turned out pretty good though.

3.5 weeks. Floors start going in tomorrow!

3.5 weeks. Drywall mudding is done. Drycore sunfloor installed. Electrical and plumbing done. Paint done. Flooring and trim and we're done!
