Land Escape Maintenance is currently seeking reliable landscape maintenance leads and team members to join our team. We work rain or shine Monday to Friday, with occasional opportunities to work on the weekends (if desired). In accordance with WorkSafe on-site protocols, you'll need proper CSA footwear. Hearing and eye protection will be provided.

What you can expect from us:

What we expect from you:

Be punctual - show up at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time ready to work.
Be versatile - although the majority of day-to-day work will be routine, it is important that you are able to adapt to changes in daily duties if need be.
Be fit - working outside can be as challenging as it is enjoyable. A degree of cardiovascular endurance is important. Additionally, we recommend being able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Be a team player - we need all team members enthusiastically contributing in their roles in order to successfully accomplish tasks.
Be proactive - be prepared, problem solve, take action, get things done!

Requirements:

Reliable transportation to and from work.
Keen attitude.

Assets:

Quick learner.
Independent and self-motivated.
Previous landscape maintenance experience and good skill set.
Certifications.
Physically fit.

1 year experience is preferred. Applicants without experience, and who are hard workers with a good attitude will be considered with a negotiated hourly rate.
