We just successfully finished a 122 door repaint/ Repair last week. ✅
Problem - Existing paint left fingerprint marks easily whenever touched making the doors look dirty at all times.
Our Solution - Sand,clean, paint with two coats using a high traffic durable commercial product - COMMAND (Satin sheen) by
Our process to finding the solution -
1. We first had a consultation with the board members to address what was going on with the existing paint and complaints the residents and owners were having.
2. We performed a fail test by putting tape over the paint and scratch testing to see if it was failing or was just an improper paint choice for the conditions.
3. After performing a fail test, we brought a few paint products in that we felt were best suited to resolve this problem.
