Nestled beside the 11,000 acre Ganaraska Forest and situated on the Oak Ridges Moraine, a natural habitat area 1 hour from Toronto and home to a range of unique wildlife. The plant selection that we offer includes over 100 different varieties of culinary herbs to excite your cooking and your palate. We have over 60 different vari
eties of exotic edible plants with scents and flavours like honey melon, pineapple, coconut and much more, over 20 varieties of edible flowers to grace your garden and your plate. We have over 15 varieties of fruiting plants to keep fresh fruits growing in your garden all season long and over 150 different varieties of heirloom vegetable starts. Our heirloom vegetable collection includes everything from artichoke to zucchini, with 76 varieties of heirloom tomatoes alone with every shape and colour imaginable. We would like to show you how visually beautiful and fragrant edible plants can be in your landscape, included in our plant selection are 38 different hardy lavender varieties. Lavender comes in white, pink, shades of blues and the traditional lavender colour. The flowers and leaves are edible the scent is heavenly.
