For this project, the client wanted a more updated modern cottage/lakehouse feel while still keeping the charm of the property. We were able to provide a full exterior quote along with a future mock-up concept to help bring the vision to life before the project even begins.

Proposed updates include:
✔️ Gentek board & batten siding
✔️ White soffit, fascia & eavestrough
✔️ Cedar shake style front peak accent
✔️ Fresh modern exterior details & trim package

🪟 Bowmanville Window Replacement Project 🪟

Another awesome transformation completed by MK Renovations!

✔️ New black windows
✔️ Custom aluminum capping
✔️ Basement window upgrades
✔️ New window wells & drainage system installed to help prevent future basement leaking

These upgrades gave the home a much cleaner modern look while also improving efficiency and helping protect the basement from future water issues.
