Hot Tub Room Enclosure Completed!

At JQR Contracting we Like to sometimes go the extra mile! We decided to create a space that was comfortable and accessible for all season use of the Hot Tub! Our Clients gave us the full go ahead to create them a beautiful spa like space that they could use and entertain all year around. Added some custom solid wood cabinets, mini fridge, and of course the tv for those relaxing hot tub nights. It’s fitted with an HVAC Exhaust system to remove the access heat and moisture during the colder months when the windows and doors are closed up. Fully insulated and beautiful T&G Cedar on the ceiling and pre finished exterior ship lap siding for the interior walls. We’re super happy the way this build turned out and our clients couldn’t be happier!

This House Got a full over haul from inside out. Cleaning up this over grown neglected house and putting the life back into this property. At JQR Contracting we treat your home like our own. We added a separate Entrance to create an extra Income for this Five Level Back split. Entire Outside of the house was washed and painted to give it that fresh curb appeal. Cleaned up the entire overgrown property front and back, Re graded the property for proper water drainage and fresh soil and seed.
