COVID-19 UPDATE
As of March 24th our office is closed to the public. If you need a part or assistance please call and we would be glad to help you and set parts out for you. We are available on an emergency on call basis. Our phones will still be answered during business hours. For payments we have a drop box available for cheques, or you can pay by E-transfer or by calling the office for more options.

**UPDATE ON COVID-19 **
WE ARE CONTINUING TO FOLLOW RECCOMMENDATIONS SET OUT BY HEALTH CANADA AND DOING OUR PART TO PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING IN AN EFFORT TO HELP FLATTEN THE CURVE. AS SUCH, THE FOLLOWING CHANGES WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.
- PLEASE CALL AHEAD IF YOU NEED A PART RATHER THAN JUST STOPPING IN TO THE OFFICE, WE WILL HAVE THE PART READY FOR PICK UP RATHER THAN HAVING YOU COME INTO THE SHOP.
- FOR PAYMENT WE HAVE A DROP BOX OUT FRONT, YOU CAN MAIL PAYMENT OR USE ETRANSFERS. IF DEBIT IS NECESSARY WE CAN MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AND WE WILL ENSURE THE MACHINE IS SANITIZED BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY USE.
- IF YOU ARE SHOWING ANY SYMPTOMS, HAVE RECENTLY BEEN OUT OF COUNTRY OR BEEN IN CONTACT WITH ANYONE AFFECTED, PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE OR ASK US TO COME FOR A SERVICE CALL.
- IF YOU REQUIRE A SERVICE CALL, WE ASSURE YOU WE HAVE UPGRADED OUR SAFETY PROTOCAL, OUR TECHNICIANS WILL USE EXTRA CAUTION WHILE IN YOUR HOME, ENSURING ALL SURFACES TOUCHED HAVE BEEN SANITIZED BEFORE LEAVING. NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19
We are open!!!

In response to the ever growing concern over the COVID-19 we would like to take the time to inform our clients and community that we have implemented the appropriate health measures such as extra hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette and environmental cleaning in our office. In addition, our technicians will be carrying hand sanitizer and wipes with them on calls and ensuring that proper preventative measures will be taken while in your home. We hope that with the application of these principles we will keep our establishments free of any viruses so we may continue to provide our services. The health of our staff and clients are our top priority and we are committed to proving a clean and comfortable environment for all.

However if you have a fever and/or new onset of cough AND in the 14 days before the symptoms onset you have:
➡️ Been to an effected area or;
➡️ Have been in close contact with a confirmed case or probable case or;
➡️ You have been in close contact with a person with accute respiratory illness who has been to an effected area;
We kindly ask that you do not ask us to do any non-emergency work in your home, or come into the office.

We will continue to monitor the situation on a day to day basis and update if anything changes.
