CORAL BARK JAPANESE MAPLES For Sale- $25 ea.
Only 6 available in large 2-1/2 gal. size. These stunning Japanese Maples are a stand out in your landscape year-round. In the spring subtle corymbs of red flowers show up before the highly ornamental palmate leaves emerg in a coral-pink color. These leaves then morph into an attractive lime-green with delicate pink edges. Fall turns into an amazing colorful glow of glorious reds, yellows and oranges. All this on outstanding red stems that persist throughout the winter giving it yet another season of interest. Reach 15 to 20 ft. at maturity and can take part sun but will also thrive in full sun.
The pictures are as the maples look now- Nov. 5, 2023. They are 3 years old and 2-1/2 to 3 ft. tall with nice branching. Pm me if interested.

Fall is the best time to put in your landscape plants!

Spring may be special but fall is nature's time for planting. Autumn's cooler temps are easier on both plants and gardeners. The soil is still warm, and now is when plants put on their most rapid root growth allowing roots to be much better established and prepared for the following seasons of heat and less moisture.

Orange Montbretia (or Crocosmia)-Graceful stalks produce brilliantly colored tube-shaped flowers that bloom from July till frost. It is delightful to behold the orangey-red panicles swaying gently in the breeze. They are a favorite flower for hummingbirds and butterflies. Deer resistant. These will be freshly dug and you can take home a nice clump for $3.98.

Sweet Summer bearing Delicious Raspberries: 1 gal. $4.98

Heliopsis (Perennial Sunflower)- This perennial sunflower is a robust plant that produces delightful fully double yellow pom pom flowers from summer into fall. Perfectly suited as a backdrop to the perennial garden. Attractive to butterflies and is great for cut flowers. 3-4 ft. Likes sun. 1 gal. $4.98.

South Seas Daylilies: 1 gal.: Attractive and uniquely tropical colored just as the name implies. Sun/part shade $4.98

Charming Astilbes: Big selection of assorted bright plumes of color in bloom, wonderful for your woodland and cottage style garden. Gotta love ‘em! More shade/part sun. Again $4.98

Fabulous Hostas: I have many hostas in a good variety of choices, these will be another door buster price of $4.98, just have too many at this time. A few of these are of the large variety. Add hostas to your woodland garden. More shade/part sun.

Gorgeous Hydrangeas: Assorted colors and varieties- starting to bloom now and will provide months of flowering beauty. These are available at excellent prices ranging from $8.98 to $18.98 according to the sizes of plants. Some of them are in huge pots, practically mature size.

More Daylilies: (but only have 1 or 2 pots available of each type so only while they last): Price: $9.98 for full size 2 gal. with multiple fans, can be divided. Sun/part shade.

Chicago Commanche Daylily: Rich red with eyes of bright yellow. A standout.

Big thank you to those who bring back pots, however at this time I think I have enough to keep me busy for a long time so I don’t need them right now. (The recycling depots will take them.) Again, I’ve appreciated your generosity as it has made a big difference to allow me to bring you plants at the best prices possible!

DIRECTIONS: Go South on the highway about 2 km past the golf course. On the straight-stretch between Armour and Stark Rds look for a red sign with 3 stripes on it and 8786 above the sign, this is on the upper side of the highway at our driveway. Go up the driveway past my house and up to the nursery in the back.
