It's that time again! Edge Property Service is now taking bookings for spring yard maintenance and gutter cleaning.

Gutter cleaning services can start anytime.

Yard maintenance services will begin sometime in the next couple of weeks - I just need to wait for the ground to thaw.

Approximate pricing is as follows:

- Gutter cleaning ranges in price from $60-$200

- Power rake and lawn vac (works up the dead grass and removes it) starts at $120

- Aeration (helps the lawn breathe) starts at $60

- Power rake, lawn vac, and aeration package ranges from $150 to $200

Final pricing will be dependent on size of building/yard. Free quotes are available.
