Friends my mom Sher Roemer still needs help.

So as most of you know she was evicted for the landlord to move back in having to be out Aug 1 ( landlord isn't living there but we can't prove it)

Things have not worked out for mom despite looking everywhere she has not found a home in this market that she can afford and/or allows pets
Mom has been staying in a friend's Van with no water, bathroom or cooking facilities.

She just came out of hospital for Covid complications and is very weak. She will be staying with me a few weeks while she heals however my house is only 250sft so it's not a long term option.
She is working on rehoming Kona but will still have her senior dog Gidget who is a emotional support dog. 28lb
Mom is on PWD ( disability) they are only alloted 350$ for rent and don't qualify for the safety program. We spoke with a social worker at the hospital and the wait list for subsidised housing is over a year long she is now on the list and there was no pet friendly options available at or below market value.

Mom's budjet is low. She's willing to pay up to $1100 however that leaves her $200 for utility's, and food. Nevermind car insurance or gas.
She had been trying to save to buy a cheapish trailer but an unexpected expense left her with no savings.

We are desperate Friends, she needs miracle

So she needs a place that allows one dog under 30lb
In Duncan or Nanaimo ( because of her seizer she has no dl for 3 months so she needs to be near her network of people).
It needs to be cheap
Preferably a small space for dog to p*e
And she really does not want to be in a roommate situation because of her compramized immunity.
