Recently finished the interior of a small rental home 2 coats on each room, some minor repairs some trim work, etc renters moved in during painting and we were able to work around each other without bothering. I made sure their bedrooms were done first, followed by the bathroom, kitchen, living room and finally the laundry utility room.

Completed 50% of the exterior of a house just before the weather closed in during September. The south sides painting was badly weather damaged and would have caused damage to the underlying materials. Painting is not just for good looks but also for protection of your siding, fascia boards and trim, some were already showing damage and had to be repaired.
