A little appreciation post for our crew 🎉
The guys at Mike & Matt’s Tree Service show up day after day, week after week, in the early mornings, long days, late evenings, weekends, and whatever else the job demands. While most people are still sleeping, they’re already loading trucks, fueling equipment, and getting ready to tackle another day.
These aren’t just good workers—they’re good people.
The kind of people who would give you the shirt off their back if you needed it. The kind of people who show up when they say they will, work hard when nobody’s watching, and take pride in doing things the right way.
We don’t pretend to be anything we’re not. We’re not perfect, but we’re honest, dependable, hardworking people who care about our customers, our community, and each other.
Michael is dedicated to this company seven days a week, often putting in roughly 16-hour days handling estimates, scheduling work, and managing the countless day-to-day responsibilities that keep everything moving forward. Christina works around the clock as well, adjusting her hours to accommodate shift workers and customers whenever they need her. Her phone is always on, and if you text or call, she responds as soon as she’s able. We truly are here for our community.
Every tree removed, every yard cleaned, every storm call answered, every long day out of town—it happens because of the incredible crew behind this company.
To our guys: thank you for the sacrifices, the early mornings, the long hours, the weekends, the laughs, and the work ethic you bring every single day. We see it, we appreciate it, and this company wouldn’t be where it is without you.
