Sometimes you start a job and the world has different plans .... this basement reno should have taken us a good month of work! Demo the old, find where water is getting in, remove mold, install a sump pump and pit, new bathroom, paint and flooring! Always making the old new again!

However once we got into the tear out it was clear there was a large issue. The basement floor has sunk between 5-6 inches from back to front.

We have done the work up to the sump install but now we wait for spring and leveling specialists to come in and lift the floor.

New basement coming soon when we can get back in there! Winter work now moves to busy spring ....
