Gutted this old tired basement to open up a world of future development potential on this home.
We removed the walls, old insulation, heaved concrete floor, wooden teleposts and old rusted wall braces to replace it with a new sump pit, weeping tile drainage, C-channel wall reinforcement, a new concrete floor and structurally sound steel teleposts.

Thanks to Grasshopper Construction for forming up the new 8inch reinforced concrete pony wall to be poured this week.

Thanks to ACE mechanical for installing the new furnace and 50 gallon water heater.

This 110 year old Home has plenty of life left in her after these upgrades.
