Ray Gosselin Architect Limited

Ray Gosselin Architect Limited RGAL is a local, Indigenous owned & operated architecture firm offering professional design services Our firm is small and that’s our advantage.

Ray Gosselin Architect Limited (RGAL), is an Indigenous-owned architecture firm located in Regina, Saskatchewan. We implement a holistic approach to the start of every project, by listening to the needs and challenges faced by our clients and end users, and we collaborate with everyone involved to produce high-quality project outcomes. We believe this inclusive process throughout the conceptual de

sign phase encourages strong, open lines of communication. Through our experience, we know everyone benefits when spaces for work, healing, learning or playing are designed with clear design intent and methodology. With Ray’s 34+ years of architectural experience at the helm, our team continues to deliver timely and quality services for clients investing in community and infrastructure growth. We love the excitement of creating new buildings from the ground up, but we also thrive on the challenge of re-invention. Our experience in renovations, alternations, or adaptive reuse for aging structures can help clients infuse new life into old spaces, often with great cost savings compared to building new. From residential to commercial, from traditional to modular, from new to adapted, we have the capability and talent to create the perfect space for living or working. We have the freedom to access our wide network of specialists from which to create the perfect team for every project. Our deliberate, flexible business model means our clients get maximum skill and experience for optimum results, without the overhead of a large firm.

Organized by Westridge Construction Ltd. , our team was happy to contribute to the community clean-up effort for Earth Day in North Central Regina. This initiative brought people together to care for the land where ANHN construction is beginning to take shape. It was a meaningful day of collaboration, connection, and giving back to the community we’re helping to build.

Land stewardship is a shared responsibility. By working together, we can respect, protect, and care for the land for future generations.

We’ve always believed architecture can do more than shape buildings.

It can help shape healing.

Right now, we’re working on the All Nations Hope Network project in North Central Regina. It's a space rooted in support, safety, reciprocity and community, and we honour the matriarchs leading that important work.

Projects like this demonstrate that Indigenous architecture is not just about design, it’s a vessel for multifaceted healing.

It's building economic reconciliation.
It means Indigenous professionals leading the work - whether through design, construction, program operations, administration - We are empowering all our relations, communities, and creating opportunities for the next generation to follow.

Today we celebrate the birth of a legend. Louis Riel was born on October 22, 1844, in the Red River Settlement. MN–S honours the legacy of one of our greatest leaders. Louis Riel dedicated his life to protecting Métis rights, culture, and land, laying the foundation for the self-government journey we continue today. This is our time to fulfill the dreams Riel envisioned for our people.

After 12 years of purposeful, innovative design grounded in Indigenous pedagogy, we’re stepping into a new chapter—one that honours our roots and reflects our evolution.

We’re excited to announce that our official rebrand will be unveiled in October 2025.

New name. New look. Same commitment to community, culture, and meaningful design.

Stay tuned—this is just the beginning.

Violence continues to disproportionately impact Indigenous women, girls and 2SLGBTQI+ people.

This day raises awareness of this national crisis and offers us the opportunity to reflect —and the work still left to be done to address the deep-rooted, systemic issues and help build a safer and more equitable society.

We stand in solidarity and recognize the strength and courage of families, survivors, and communities who continue to advocate for the dignity and justice of their loved ones.
