Recently we were having fun installing this nice backsplash! Textured glass tiles, mixed with a stone to really tie into the countertop. Next up, Grout!

Unfortunately, our Forest View Kitchen did not take home the winning prize at the 21st Annual Renovation and Custom home awards. Special congratulations to all of the winners this year!

We're working on something exciting today! In our final stretch of this project, we are separating a home into 2 separate units.

Why just build a regular legal fire separation when you can maximize space and add storage in the form of a closet for both units!! :) 👍
(Still meeting the OBC of course)

BONUS: Removing the carpet for the "shoe shelf" revealed some beautiful oak stairs!

This was a fun project for us!
Our customer wanted to sell their home, but knew that they could increase the value drastically by updating the kitchen, and truly bringing the outside view to life. Working on a budget, we maintained the existing beams, lighting and flooring, updating the cabinets and replacing the walls with beautiful windows.

We're happy to share, that our customer exceeded their goals, regarding the sale of their home.
