n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design and deliver an interior fit-out for a Culligan Water facility, located at 200 Montclair Drive in Woodstock, ON. The property is situated at the intersection of Montclair Dr and Juliana Dr and is developed as a commercial plaza consisting of four retail buildings. The Culligan Water unit, with an area of 1,591 sq. ft., is located within one of the existing commercial retail buildings.

The project transforms the unit into a functional and customer-focused environment that supports both retail and operational needs, creating a clean, efficient, and brand-driven space that reflects Culligan’s identity and service model. The layout is carefully organized to accommodate a public-facing reception and retail area, alongside specialized zones and back-of-house operations. The interior incorporates bold brand elements, including Culligan’s signature blue, paired with industrial materials. Exposed ceilings and mechanical systems contribute to a contemporary industrial aesthetic while maintaining cost efficiency and ease of maintenance.

n Architecture Inc. was commissioned in 2016 to design a mixed-use commercial plaza on a 4.65-acre site in Courtice, Ontario, combining commercial, residential, and service-oriented uses to create a vibrant, multifunctional hub. The development includes a two-storey retail and office building, a four-pump gas canopy with a convenience store, a car wash, and a Tim Hortons - all currently operational alongside a planned nine-storey residential condominium.

Buildings are oriented along the main corridor to promote an active street frontage and pedestrian engagement. The building elevations feature a combination of red brick piers, grey horizontal siding, and expansive glazing, accented with subtle façade recesses, resulting in a contemporary mixed-use aesthetic that balances functionality with visual appeal. The project successfully navigated the planning and approval process, securing all required permits from the authorities having jurisdiction.

The Residential Component is yet to be constructed.

n Architecture Inc. was commission to design a modern two-storey industrial facility on a prominent 5.0-acre site located at 42 Nixon Road, Caledon, Ontario. Thoughtfully planned and carefully executed, the development reinforces the strong industrial character of the neighborhood while fitting seamlessly within the existing urban fabric along Nixon Road.

With a total gross floor area of 10596 sq.ft, the building is conceived as a unified structure integrating warehouse service bay areas and ancillary spaces.

The elevation emphasizes the office component through a glazed curtain wall and integrated signage feature, establishing a confident street presence. Parking is discreetly located at the rear, with surface-level truck, trailer, and car parking efficiently organized to support circulation and daily operations.

n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design the proposed Peace House Retreat & Conference Centre at 918 Moonstone Road East, Oro Medonte, Ontario. The vision for this project includes the development of a serene, multi-purpose facility that will support retreat, conference, and community activities. The center is intended to serve as a peaceful destination for learning, gathering, and reflection within a natural setting.

The proposed development, set on a 76.13-acre site, will include retreat spaces, offices, meeting rooms, and workshops. Its radial layout, designed to integrate with the landscape, promotes unity and clear spatial organization. A central atrium serves as the facility's core, with surrounding spaces like retreat rooms, meeting areas, and communal zones radiating outward. This layout enhances navigation, flexibility, and zoning, while maintaining a visual connection to the atrium. The building’s design frames views, maximizes natural light, and uses sloped rooflines and horizontal planes to emphasize the radial geometry.

A Pre-Consultation Application for the project was submitted in December 2024, marking the initial steps towards the Peace House vision. The facility will be designed with a focus on wellness, functionality, and environmental stewardship, aligning with regional planning goals and community values. This project reflects a commitment to creating inclusive and thoughtful spaces that foster connection, learning, and tranquility in the heart of Moonstone.

The proposed building is a five-storey structure with a basement, covering a total area of 754 square meters and a gross floor area of 4,296 square meters. It features 76 residential units, occupying floors 2 to 6. Each floor houses a portion of these units, offering varied living spaces. The ground floor features a reception area, a lounge, a games area, a breakfast bar and dining space, a fitness room, and a pool area, all designed to enhance the guest experience.

The building features cold-formed steel structural walls, providing a modern and durable finish. Hollow core slab floors ensure strength and efficiency during the construction process. The exterior incorporates EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) in earthy tones, offering a sleek and natural look. Accents of vibrant colors will be used to align with the Tru by Hilton brand image, adding a pop of energy and modernity.

n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design a Retirement Residence in Richmond Hill, Ontario in an Existing Retirement Home Community, with a number of buildings dedicated solely to Seniors. The proposed development is a ten storey residential building with 246 units.

The design vision was to create a 10-storey mid-rise Retirement Home that would contribute to the urban intensification goals of the Town. It would also reinforce a pedestrian-scaled, urban street edge, with respect to the ravine and existing and proposed neighbours’ buildings in the context.

The Introduction of a podium, provision of underground parking and with limited surface parking located away from street view ensures that an appropriate built form interface within the existing neighbourhood is achieved. High quality landscape features, especially the free style landscape in front yard that extending into the Gym and Coffee enhances the beauty of Yonge Street, providing a enlarged, attractive and vibrant streetscape.

The play of materials used in the building façade brings different depth perceptions in the building. The materials are Dark Gray Stucco in the podium, Red Brick and Brown Red Hardie Board in the middle portion, Precast White Concrete and Metal Panels in the upper portion.

In 2021, n Architecture Inc. was commissioned to design a apartment building in Belleville, Ontario. The proposed development is a new seven storey apartment building with an underground parking located at 201 Pinnacle Street in Belleville. The building has a gross floor area of 119,903 sq. ft. which includes 10 retail units on the ground floor and total of 108 residential units throughout floors 2-6.
Close to the Bay of Quinte, the apartment building is located at the intersection of Pinnacle Street and Bridge Street East. The property being a corner lot, the building design emphasized at the corner utilizing the view of the water. As well, the building is designed to maximize the main street access.

The building exterior incorporates traditional materials with modern elements to create harmony with the local style of Architecture. Traditional materials such as dark grey natural stone and grey and brown bricks are paired with modern materials like glass and EIFs.

n Architecture Inc. a progressive architecture firm based in the GTA has worked on various Burger King throughout Canada, some of which are in Niagara region. A few of these restaurants are now complete and functional and can be found in Niagara Falls, St. Catharines, Stoney Creek, and Hamilton.

This Burger King restaurant is a 3650 sq.ft. building with a drive through. n Architecture Inc. was commissioned for the interior and the exterior design renewal. The overall look of the existing Burger King restaurant was updated to the latest Burger King design standards. Because the existing restaurant closed for the construction, the timeline of the project was very tight. As well, the restaurant interior design was adapted to the COVID health and safety standards. n Architecture Inc. worked with trade contractors to deliver fast completion of the construction.

This Burger King restaurant is a 3110 sq.ft. building with a drive through. Being on an urban site with busy roads and a provincial highway nearby, n Architecture Inc. worked closely with the developers and the restaurant owner of this property to design the site efficiently to fit the drive through on this tight urban property. The interior of the building was designed as per the Burger King design standards and the exterior design of the building was selected among multiple iterations of the exterior facade done by the restaurant owners and the Burger King team in collaboration with ACK Architects Studio Inc., the architect of the shell building.

This Burger King restaurant is a 3200 sq.ft. building with a drive through. Weekly meetings were held with the developers to ensure smooth process of the development. n Architecture designed the interior design of the restaurant. The exterior facade was designed in collaboration with the Burger King team, the restaurant owner, the city, and the developers. The drive through regulations by the Burger King and the city were also considered in the process of designing the exterior of the restaurant.

This Burger King restaurant is a unique 2-storey high 3200 sq.ft. restaurant with a double stacked drive through. The shell building is a two storey building with a convenience store and a truck wash bay. n Architecture worked closely with the Burger King team, the developers and the trade contractors to come up with a creative solution to accommodate the Burger King design standards to the double height building while adhering to strict fire safety standards of the Ontario Building Code. As a result, this location features a very high Burger King blade sign along with internal connection with the convenience store next door.

All the projects have successfully underwent through the relevant approval process to obtain approval from all the concerned authorities having jurisdiction.
