✨ Big Transformation in Pickering! ✨

This project came with one of the biggest challenges we’ve faced: removing three walls, including supporting a 30 ft steel beam on the exterior wall — without any post in the middle. 💪

On top of that, we had to re-run HVAC, plumbing, and return air lines. The key? We figured out how to do it without adding bulky bulkheads. Every detail was carefully planned, and the result is a clean, seamless open-concept space.

The finished main floor now features a stunning see-through staircase with mono-beam stairs, and the homeowners couldn’t be happier. We’re so proud of our team for making this vision a reality. 🙌
