Honesty, Integrity and outstanding craftsmanship are the foundation of this Company. My name is Oren Makias, and I am the proud Owner and Operator here at Fine Finish Renovations. I started working from a very young age, which contributed to having a highly focused and disciplined work ethic. Something I've now later in life come to really appreciate from my past experiences. I've been q

uite fortunate to have many great mentors along the way. Each with a different craftsmanship style who were able to teach me very specialized skills, and the proper techniques to achieve that exquisite Fine Finish. As I continued to gain more experience working with different foremen, I quickly realized some of the downfalls that lay within this Industry. I became more and more aware of how common it was for contractors to cut very important corners, being dishonest with the numbers, or even failing to comply with safety codes, and taking all the proper precautionary measures. Some had potential of being very dangerous to the homeowners and their loved ones living there. I've never been one to keep quiet in scenarios that are just wrong at their core. And each time I spoke up, I definitely experienced the kick back... but I knew that it was an important role to be an advocate for the homeowners, their loved ones, and their investments. It was in these defining moments that I realized the extreme need for honesty and transparency within the Industry, and I knew that would be hard to maintain and ensure if it wasn't my own company. By carefully screening and trialing each contractor before they come to work for our team, we are able to ensure the highest level of excellence for each project. We are confident that this is one of the main reasons we receive such outstanding feedback from each one of our loyal clients.
