‘Frosch’s Harlequin’ is a vigorous, selected clone of ‘Hans Erni’ with excellent colour tones and detailing. Additionally the base colour of the flowers can vary with the air temperature when they open: white when warm, and pale yellow when cool. It is a hybrid of Cypripedium franchetii and C. calceolus. Hybrid lady’s slippers have great hybrid vigour. They are easy to grow and bulk up fast. Produced from division. All plants identical. Blooming size.

BOBO! We love this cultivar of panicle hydrangea. Maybe it’s the name but mostly it’s the performance with huge cone-shaped inflorescences that cover the compact shrubs all summer long into fall. We have beautiful Bobos right now! ;-) They are great in the ground and also in containers.

Cyclamen coum ‘Selected Rubrum’ is a seed strain with deepest magenta flowers atop patterned kidney- to heart-shaped leaves in February and March often blooming alongside Helleborus. Persian violet is summer dormant coming into leaf and bloom between late fall and early spring. Grow in light, well-drained soil in shade or part shade. Plant en masse for a superb woodland effect. The star-like single flowers of ‘Kleim’s Hardy’ have an intense and intoxicating fragrance and appear most profusely in early summer and sporadically thereafter. This extremely hardy selection has survived minus 18 degrees Celsius! Prefers full sun to light shade and will bloom best where walls or patios provide extra night time warmth in spring and summer. Plant in a protected location just to be safe. Evergreen.”

Crocus imperati is a species endemic to western Italy. The beautiful cultivar ‘De Jager’ creates an intricate multi-coloured display. In bud one sees the three outer buff yellow tepals lined with deep purple. When the flowers open they reveal that these tepals, though yellow on the outside, are lavender within as are the fronts and reverses of the three inner tepals. Overall it is a gorgeous yellow and lavender bicolour effect accented with the deep purple lines.
